As its name – borrowed from a southern Indian town – suggests, the raw hide comes from India. It is recognizable by its unique grain, obtained through boarding. This consists of rolling the leather against itself, grain against grain, to guide the grain. This can be done in a single direction to obtain fine lines or in several different directions.

The story behind

Taking flight in a year of lightness, Birdy is a playful bag accessory. It makes use of many materials and illustrates the traditional expertise of the leather industry, from the precious skins to the variety of colors, and not to mention the cuts, stitching and labeling. As a finishing touch, the beak is a strap-plate to spread the wings over the handle of a bag.

Vanille with bleu saphir and bleu glacier is a beautiful cold and warm mix, and the gris fonce keeps the whole thing from looking sugary.
