Came with the lock set, the strap, the rain cover and the felt. Nothing missing, which for a 2014 bag surprised me a little.
It is heavier than it looks, my shoulder noticed.
Clemence on a bag this size gets heavy and slouches a lot. Mine has folded in on itself over the years and I do not mind, but plenty of people would.
Only a shoulder strap came with mine, which for a Jypsiere is the important bit at least.
