The story behind

The Charniere line introduces two unique formats of small leather goods, featuring clasps that draw inspiration from the codes of the enamel bracelets and vintage trunks of the same name. The hinge functions here as an elegant clasp, showcasing meticulous goldsmith craftsmanship. Constructed like a box, the 'To Go' format reveals the exceptional corner-stitching savoir-faire. Elongated and adorned with a removable strap, it can be elegantly worn short over the shoulder or under the arm, and can also slip into a bag. It contains enough room for your phone, cards and passport. As for the compact wallet, there's a zipped compartment for cards and coins.

    Practical note. It's 2.4 cm deep so it fills a small bag more than you'd expect, and the two card slots are genuinely only two. I keep the rest of my cards in the main body loose and fish for them, which is mildly annoying.
