Launched in 1967, the Constance bag - named after the creator’s daughter - gives its shape to the line of wallets revealing the ingenious H-shaped clasp: the central bar lifts up and releases the flap to open it.     I bought this after carrying a much bigger wallet for years and the adjustment was rough for about a week. Two card slots forces you to decide what actually matters. Now I don't want to go back. The zip purse comes out when I'm going somewhere I won't need coins.

This is a 2012 bag and the denim sections have faded a little the way real denim does, which I actually think improves it. At 35 by 25 by 18 I've packed two days of clothes in there. The Evercalf parts show scuffs more than the denim, no surprise.
