The story behind

Created in the 1930s, the Kelly bag was named in 1956 when Princess Grace Kelly of Monaco unveiled it to the world. I hesitated for weeks because a yellow exotic is a very specific thing to own. Wore it to a spring wedding with a navy dress and it was the right call...More
I hesitated for weeks because a yellow exotic is a very specific thing to own. Wore it to a spring wedding with a navy dress and it was the right call. Only complaint is that the matte finish grabs dust in the seams and I am forever brushing at it.

Mimosa is a properly loud yellow and the permabrass warms it even further. Not a bag for hiding.

Three years on and the mimosa still has not faded even slightly, which surprised me given how much direct sun it gets living in Arizona, permabrass has gone a touch softer looking too and honestly I think that suits the yellow even more now.
