Named after Jonathan Swift, author of Gulliver's Travels, to highlight its resemblance to the now-discontinued Gulliver calfskin. Swift is a fine, semi-smooth leather that absorbs dye beautifully, resulting in radiant colors.

The story behind
Created in the 1930s, the Kelly bag was named in 1956 when Princess Grace Kelly of Monaco unveiled it to the world. Its shape and iconic details have since been adapted and redesigned to create small leather goods. Straps, claps, padlocks, leather bells and keys enhance wallets, coin purses or pouches that can be worn in many different ways.

It came with the strap so it goes across the body, and because it's so light I actually do that rather than carrying it by hand.

A sellier 25 in canvas is a strange combination on paper, sharp construction with a soft material, but it holds its shape better than I expected. Bai brun Swift on the corners and handles gives it a warmth the canvas alone wouldn't have. Gold hardware pushes it further that way. My only worry is the canvas around the base, it's already picked up a little grey.
