Unlike other leathers, Epsom is an embossed leather, meaning its grain is pressed into the leather rather than being a natural feature. This gives it a rigid structure, making it highly scratch-resistant and easy to clean.

The story behind

Created in the 1930s, the Kelly bag was named in 1956 when Princess Grace Kelly of Monaco unveiled it to the world. Its shape and iconic details have since been adapted and redesigned to create small leather goods. Straps, claps, padlocks, leather bells and keys enhance wallets, coin purses or pouches that can be worn in many different ways.

    Bleu Indigo is a very dark ink blue that reads black in most light. Gold hardware is what tells you it isn't.

    I already own a noir Kelly and I wanted the same idea in a colour, which is how you end up with indigo. In daylight it's clearly blue, at dinner it's black. Epsom keeps the sellier lines sharp and it wipes clean, which is why I chose it over Togo.
