The story behind

Originally created in the 1930s by Robert Dumas as a 'Sac à dépêches', the bag achieved legendary status in 1956 when Grace Kelly, the Princess of Monaco, used it to shield her pregnancy from paparazzi. Hermès subsequently renamed the bag the 'Kelly'.

I wanted a Danse in a light color and everyone told me not to. They were right and I don't care. It has picked up faint marks along the bottom already...More
I wanted a Danse in a light color and everyone told me not to. They were right and I don't care. It has picked up faint marks along the bottom already and Swift does not forgive rain. But wearing a Kelly across the body with both hands free is worth the anxiety.

Nata Swift is a warm off white that photographs almost pink. Swift takes the color so well it looks lit from inside.

I already have a black Kelly Sellier and figured the Danse would feel similar since it's still technically a Kelly, but nata Swift with the softer shape wears totally differently, way more casual, more like a bag I'd grab for brunch than one I'd baby all day.
