The story behind

Created in the 1930s, the Kelly bag was named in 1956 when Princess Grace Kelly of Monaco unveiled it to the world. Its shape and iconic details have since been adapted and redesigned to create small leather goods. Straps, claps, padlocks, leather bells and keys enhance wallets, coin purses or pouches that can be worn in many different ways.

Shiny crocodile catches light in a way matte never does, and on a sellier 25 the panels all reflect slightly differently as you walk. My only worry is scale lifting, so it lives in the felt in the dustbag between wears. Two colors on a special order is rare enough that I stopped hesitating.
